Job Description
A leading technology and healthcare innovation organization is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to support multidisciplinary development teams in designing and developing advanced electronic systems. This role requires strong expertise in both analog and digital electronics, combined with solid industrial product development experience.
In this role, you will contribute to innovation from concept through to realization by designing and defining complex electronic circuits and systems used across a wide range of applications. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and support the development of high-quality electronic solutions.
Future development activities may include working in areas such as signal and power integrity for high-speed electronics, thermal analysis, or RF electronics. The position sits within the Electronics Systems and IoT department at the organization’s innovation center, located at a major high-tech campus in Eindhoven, where the team delivers world-class hardware platforms, analog, digital, and RF designs, medical devices, power supplies, connectivity modules, and engineering services.
 
Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of industrial experience in electronics engineering
• Strong expertise in advanced analog and digital circuit design
• Experience designing circuits for low-noise, high-frequency, and high-speed applications
• Demonstrated product development experience
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality
• Ability to contribute to complex electronics system design and development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with Xpedition for schematic design
• Experience in RF electronics design
• Experience using RF and EMC measurement equipment
• Background in medical device development
