Employer Branding Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the careers websites strategy and analytics.
• Enhance user experience and conversion rates across multilingual platforms.
• Drive employer reputation and optimize digital content using GenAI and SEO strategies.
• Map the candidate journey and improve candidate experience through automated touchpoints.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for project execution.

Position Requirements:

• Background in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in strategy and UX design for large websites, preferably in employer branding.
• Knowledge of analytics, SEO, and candidate experience design.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
