Quality Control Manager
Amsterdam Region – 6-Month Contract (Extension Possible)

Job Description
The Interim Quality Control Manager is responsible for managing all QC operations in a GMP environment. The role includes oversight of potency assay transfer, ELISA, cytotoxicity assays, method qualification, and analytical support. This position manages QC analysts, ensures compliance with GMP, oversees QC documentation, and drives QC system improvements (SOPs, LIMS, CAPA input, deviation support).

Essential Requirements
• Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
• 5+ years QC experience in GMP (biotech/biologics preferred)
• 3+ years Analytical Development experience (method development/optimization/transfer)
• 3+ years hands-on ELISA and cytotoxicity assay experience


Desirable Requirements
• Experience in biologics, cell therapy, or antibody-based technologies
• Experience with QC automation or digital QC tools
• Knowledge of CAPA processes, deviation management, and change control
• 2+ years QC team leadership/supervision
