QC Scientist I

My client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Groningen area of the Netherlands, is looking for a QC Scientist (Biochem) to join their Quality Control team. This role supports the validation, qualification, and transfer of analytical methods, working within a cGMP-regulated environment. The position is located in the north of the Netherlands and offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects.

Start date: ASAP
Initial contract: 6 months via Panda (extension probable thereafter)
Interview process: 2 interviews via teams with Hiring Managers next week. Decision and offer made this month so get in touch asap to discuss further! 

Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee analytical lab activities.
• Support method qualification, validation, and transfer.
• Troubleshoot and introduce new analytical techniques.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP and quality standards.

Profile:

• Background in biopharmaceuticals  GMP environment with around 5 years experience
• BSc, MSc or Laboratory Degree required
• Experience with analytical methods and validation (HPLC, ELISA etc)
• Familiarity with GMP environments.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills
