Position: Senior Associate – Supply Chain
Location: EMEA Region

Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
  • Collaborate with Regional Operations Leaders to manage all stages of product life cycles in the EMEA markets.
  • Maintain and execute the Regional Variation Master Plan to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Coordinate product launches and lifecycle changes, representing operational interests in cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct labeling assessments, perform checklist reviews, and manage specialized shipping processes for assigned products.
  • Oversee the Right-First-Time production handover by documenting and verifying regional requirements.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Drive small improvement projects and streamline processes for efficiency.
  • Support impact assessments and business case preparation for launches and lifecycle activities.
  • Collect data and provide insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should bring:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in international, multi-disciplinary environments with proven change management skills.
  • Certifications such as APICS, CPIM, or CIRM (preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong facilitation, customer focus, and results-driven attitude.
