Responsibilities:
- You will lead a team.
- You ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
- You ensure complete and completed production documentation in your service.
- You escalate quality and operational deviations according to procedure.
- You have a strong focus on applying the GMP guidelines within your team and service.
- You do the 'troubleshooting' in case of problems and consult with third parties about this.
- You carry out checks on products, processes and (auxiliary) materials.
- You implement improvements to processes within your team and department.
- You ensure that your team members treat each other, and other colleagues, with respect.
Your profile
- 5 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, 5-10 years of experience in the production of medicines.
- A strong knowledge of GMP guidelines within production.
- Knowledge of microbiology for working in conditioned spaces, aseptic filling, cleaning and sterilization techniques.
